• Where are you located?

  Our headquarters are in Shanghai, China, and we also have team members in Portugal. This allows us to be more closely connected and responsive with our manufacturing partners while being able to support clients across multiple timezones.

• Do you support customization (OEM/ODM)?

  Yes. For certain product categories, we offer OEM and ODM services, including customization of materials, colors, sizes, logos, and packaging.

• Do you support low-volume orders? What is your MOQ?

  Yes, we support low-volume orders for growing businesses. Minimum order quantity depends on the product type, specification, and whether the item is standard or customized. In general, MOQs are lower for standard items and higher for custom development.

• Can I order samples before placing a bulk order, and are samples free?

  Yes. We recommend sampling before mass production. We can provide available stock samples or customized samples upon request.

  Sample costs depend on the product. Some standard samples can be provided free of charge, while customized samples may require a sampling fee. In some cases, that fee can be credited back after a bulk order is placed.

• Can you handle urgent orders?

  Yes, we can prioritize urgent orders depending on production capacity. Please contact us in advance for this.

• Do you ship worldwide, and what shipping methods do you offer?

  Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide.

  We offer air freight (fast), sea freight (cost-effective), and international express services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

• Can you consolidate different items into one shipment?

  Yes. We can combine multiple items into one shipment to reduce logistics costs and simplify purchasing.

• Do you handle customs clearance?

  We provide the necessary export and shipping documents. In most cases, customs clearance is handled by the customer or their local agent.

• Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?

  Import duties and taxes depend on your country's regolutions and are not included in our standard quotations. For bulk B2B shipments, most customers use their own customs broker or import agent. For smaller shipments or customers without import experience, we may also be able to offer door-to-door shipping solutions.

• What payment methods do you accept, and what are your payment terms?

  We accept bank transfer (T/T) and PayPal for selected small orders.

  Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment, although terms may vary depending on the order.

• Do you offer sustainable materials?

  Yes. We can offer eco-friendly options such as recycled materials and more sustainable packaging for selected products.

• How do you ensure product quality?

  We follow strict quality control processes throughout production and conduct inspections before shipment.

• Can you provide certifications?

  Yes, depending on the product and supplier. We can support compliance requirements such as OEKO-TEX, REACH, or other applicable standards when requested in advance.

• How do you protect our designs and business information?

  We treat all customer information as confidential and do not share designs, specifications, or business details with unauthorized third parties. If needed, we can also work under a confidentiality agreement.
